The customer bought a typical 1970s nondescript bungalow which was renovated in to a four bedroom, four bathroom, dorma bungalow.
The kitchen was completely stripped back to a shell and refitted with thoroughly modern units, worktops and hi-spec appliances.
Amtico flooring was fitted throughout the ground floor.
The customer moved out of a 16th C grade 2 listed building so the change over was quite dramatic - but far easier for retirement living.
