A property on Woodford Road came on the market last year at a very reasonable price for this desirable location. It was in need of extensive refurbishment but presented a great investment opportunity. One of our clients spotted its potential, snapped it up and contacted us to discuss the works.

The brief gave us full scope to be creative with the existing building and a number of designs and layouts were produced. After a series of consultations with the client the final design was chosen. It made best use of the existing spaces but provided considerable enhancements with extensions to the rear and side.
